(Junior) Data Scientist (f/m/d) – Tableau

The Data Science team is working on the digital transformation of processes, data products and on customer-specific solutions in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Reporting/Visualisation, and on building a Data Lake and Analytics Platform.
Your tasks
- Develop analytical solutions and sophisticated visualizations in the areas of customer understanding, branding and product innovation, using BI tools like Tableau.
- Develop your analytical domain expertise to generate the right KPIs from structured and unstructured data and advise clients on insights generation.
- Build and deploy data pipelines with Python and Alteryx.
- Drive the development of cloud-based and hybrid data storage & business intelligence platforms.
- Gain hands-on experience with new data platforms and programming languages.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, data analysts, and market researchers.
- Develop new ideas, conduct research, and implement prototypes and PoCs within the Data Science team.
Your profile
- Hands-on experience in analytics, answering business questions with tools like Tableau or PowerBI, and curiosity about new technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Python, experience with libraries like Pandas, and familiarity with ETL/ELT processes is a plus. Experience with VBA, SQL, and agile teams is beneficial.
- Very good quantitative degree (M.Sc.) in STEM, Social Science, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Team player, inhouse consultant mindset, proactive ownership of topics.
- Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
