As our Team Lead Influencer Marketing France, you will drive our influencer marketing strategy, expand our network of key partners, and develop sales-driven campaigns that bring in new customers, improve top-line growth, and increase efficiency. You’ll lead and mentor a team, set clear strategic goals, and help position BRAINEFFECT as a leader in the health & wellness space in France.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the French Influencer Marketing Team – Guide, mentor, and upskill a team of 3+ influencer marketing specialists to drive high-impact campaigns and maximize performance.
• Develop & Execute Influencer Strategies – Plan, launch, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand goals and drive measurable sales and ROAS.
• Source & Manage Influencer Partnerships – Build and maintain relationships with high-potential influencers and agencies in the health, wellness, and lifestyle space.
• Negotiate & Optimize Contracts – Secure cost-efficient deals with influencers and partners to maximize ROI and new customer acquisition.
• Expand to New Platforms & Channels – Develop a strategic approach for influencer marketing on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
• Develop Co-Branding Opportunities – Identify and negotiate collaborations with influencers to develop and promote new products.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: 5+ years in influencer marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Languages: French native speaker, fluent in English.
• Industry Expertise: Strong background in health & wellness, FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
• Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating contracts and managing influencer partnerships effectively.
• Strategic & Creative Thinking: Ability to source the right influencers, craft compelling campaigns, and align with business goals.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Experience with analytics tools and KPI tracking to optimize influencer marketing performance.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Storyclash), Google Analytics, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
