ABOUT THE ROLE

Elfie is seeking a Sr. Product Analyst with over 5 years of experience in mobile analytics, who has worked within freemium lifestyle mobile apps. In this role, you will focus on analyzing and enhancing user stickiness, engagement, and retention, ensuring a delightful and impactful app experience for our users.

The candidate can be based in Ho Chi Minh City or Paris.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Leverage tools like Firebase, Amplitude, or Mixpanel to analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, and retention metrics.
  • Monitor and interpret KPIs such as DAU, WAU, MAU, session length, churn rates, and cohort retention.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Identify opportunities to improve stickiness and engagement by analyzing user journeys, feature adoption, and drop-off points.
    • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance the user experience and drive long-term retention.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation:
    • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses for feature improvements or UX optimizations.
  • Collaboration with Teams:
    • Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to align analytics with product strategy.
    • Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization by presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile analytics and environments
  • Expertise in mobile analytics platforms like Firebase, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Strong understanding of user engagement metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU ratios), cohort analysis, and retention curves.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying data and Python/R for advanced analysis.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of user behavior in lifestyle apps with a focus on improving engagement and retention. (Good to have)
  • Familiarity with user segmentation strategies to personalize experiences based on behavioral data. (Good to have)
  • Experience working in an agile product development environment. (Good to have)
