What you will do :

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners, demonstrating empathy at all times
• Work towards achieving targets set by the client statement of work and internal goals
• Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues as needed
• Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling frequently asked questions effectively
• Ensure every customer has a positive experience
