Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner and catalyst for communication topics during the proposal and campaign phases, serving as the main contact for sales and project departments.
- Advise internal departments and leadership, developing tailored communication strategies, roadmaps, and measures, considering best practices and corporate identity/design guidelines.
- Write and design media-appropriate texts, images, and videos for press, web, print, social media, and develop internal and external communication tools and channels.
- Create presentations, reports, and decision templates; manage the selection and coordination of external service providers.
- Plan and execute various events.
- Responsible for controlling and monitoring the success of communication measures.
Profile:
- Successfully completed university degree (preferably in marketing/media/communication) or equivalent vocational training with relevant experience.
- Solid professional experience in marketing and/or communication, preferably in an industrial company.
- Strong strategic and conceptual skills with proven ability in project and measure management.
- Enjoy networking and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and tailor them to target audiences.
- Proactive, responsible, reliable, and goal-oriented work style.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
