Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Sales Enablement and Training. This role focuses on developing and optimizing systems for lead allocation, sales targets, and incentives to enhance performance and efficiency across the region.

You will collaborate with country teams to ensure central models align with local market needs, utilizing data insights for ongoing improvement. Reporting to senior leadership, the Specialist will play a key role in resource allocation and motivating sales teams to meet acquisition goals.

Major Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and oversee training programs, workshops, and onboarding to equip sales teams with essential skills for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, presentations, and collateral to support value communication and deal closure.
  • Create and manage training content and projects using Google Suite and LMS platforms.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on market trends, customer needs, and system updates, ensuring effective adoption through tailored training.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize performance.
  • Analyze sales performance data to improve enablement programs, identify areas for enhancement, and track KPIs for training effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment between sales and marketing campaigns for cohesive messaging and strategies to maximize acquisition success.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence within the sales organization.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, B2B sales management, or related roles, preferably in technology, e-commerce, or similar fast-paced industries.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in building courses in LMS and managing knowledge bases.
  • Full fluency in English and Turkish.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences across multiple countries; proficient in performance data analysis for strategic improvements.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related software.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
  • High initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience working across multiple countries with an understanding of diverse market dynamics is highly desirable.
