Investing Product Operations is a highly skilled team operating at the intersection of Product and Operations, dedicated to enhancing customer experience and managing investing operations efficiently. The team comprises professionals with diverse expertise, from business analysis to product and project management, and investing operations.

The team has a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, ensuring our investment platform evolves to meet user expectations. It uses analytical skills to uncover insights, drive data-informed decisions, and optimize processes.

It provides strategic guidance, aligning goals with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, while ensuring seamless execution of initiatives, coordinating resources and timelines cross-functionally to deliver impactful outcomes.

It also ensures efficient investing operations, reliable trade execution, market monitoring, and risk management.

By leveraging diverse skills, the team collaborates to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and foster a seamless investment journey for our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Oversee daily trading operations, including managing ad-hoc market events, partner relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize analytics and SQL expertise to analyze trading operations, identify opportunities for optimization, and enhance efficiency.
• Lead strategic projects to elevate trading capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams including Product & Engineering, Compliance, and Risk for coordinated efforts.
• Share your knowledge and passion for capital markets to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CMT) are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, fintech, or relevant roles, with a deep understanding of financial markets.

Analytical Skills

• Proficiency in SQL for analyzing trading data and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

Process Skills

• Experience in project management and process improvements.
