What you will do :

1. Handle calls, emails, and chat in German with a sense of professionalism.
2. Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, order status, tracking, and cancellations.
3. Act as a brand ambassador—provide promotion support, stay informed about current promotions and offers.
4. Manage account and billing issues, upsell products, troubleshoot, handle fraud orders, and process returns based on training guidelines.
5. Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues.
6. Turn every customer interaction into a positive experience.

What you will bring :

1. Excellent command of German.
2. Good knowledge of English.
3. Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
