The HR Business Partner will join the HR Team to collaborate with stakeholders across the Product and Technology Service Unit in all aspects of employee relations and people management. We emphasize close relationships with people managers, understanding business needs, coaching, and mentoring for optimal approaches.

Your playing field

  • You will work closely with the Lead HR Business Partner, HR Team, and leadership to deliver and implement People and Organisation strategies across Tipico.
  • You will build strong partnerships with people managers to execute HR strategies, policies, and practices with a solution-focused mindset, promoting Tipico's leadership standards and core values.
  • You will manage employee relations cases, supporting managers and employees to mitigate risks and ensure best HR practices.
  • You will support and coach management and leadership in resolving people issues and applying talent management, L&D, and rewards tools for effective management, engagement, and retention.
  • You will support proactive management of employee data and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • You will contribute to recruitment initiatives, working with the Talent Acquisition team to hire the right talent promptly.
  • You will lead and contribute to HR projects within the HR Roadmap to add value to the business.
  • You will assist with administrative matters as needed, demonstrating a hands-on mentality.
