Job Description

The person in this position leads strategic and operational process development for Air Conditioning Lines. They are responsible for identifying necessary processes and manufacturing needs, and driving their implementation in serial production and scale-up for high-volume manufacturing. Additionally, the role involves optimizing existing processes and manufacturing technologies according to customer specifications and requirements.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes for AC Lines
2. Identify relevant processes and technologies for high-volume automotive production of AC Lines
3. Analyze and optimize existing process flows to enhance quality and efficiency
4. Collaborate closely with R&D, customer project management, and automation departments to implement new technologies and processes
5. Drive process development and serial implementation from inception to PPAP
6. Scale up production to high-volume serial levels, including automation concepts
7. Introduce and train colleagues on new technologies
8. Create and present regular status reports to management

Educational & Personal Requirements

• Preferably graduated in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or similar fields
• Several years of experience in manufacturing or process development within the automotive industry for AC lines
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes for AC Lines and customer requirements (quality, cleanliness, line components, etc.)
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to take responsibility and ownership of tasks
• Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills; analytical, proactive, result-oriented, and inquisitive mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Willingness to adapt in changing environments
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems
• Fluent in English; Turkish language skills are a plus
• No travel restrictions
• Proficient in MS Office applications
