As a Senior Consultant, you provide strategic guidance to business stakeholders on GenAI adoption, implementation, and optimization to drive business value.

• Self-sufficiently drive projects and solutions to successful delivery in a collaborative manner, ensuring high-quality deliverables are produced within specified timelines and budget constraints.
• Participate in business-facing activities such as presenting current solutions, conducting workshops to understand requirements, and participating in business development efforts.
• Lead the design and deployment of state-of-the-art NLP solutions such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to address complex business challenges and improve outcomes.
• Work closely with cross-functional international teams to design and implement GenAI solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing technology infrastructure.
• Create and maintain a product development roadmap for GenAI powered chatbots and other use cases.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in NLP and GenAI to improve the current offering portfolio.
• Offer expert advice and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and knowledge in AI and related domains.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

You have an excellent university degree in IT or Business/Management with a focus on IT and 5+ years of professional experience in the area of AI as a developer/consultant and 3+ years of experience in AI Project management with deep knowledge of NLP solutions and understanding of RAG.

You are passionate about AI with a strong focus on NLP and Generative AI and have a track record of successfully leading projects using agile methodology.

You are experienced with NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis, text classification, named entity recognition, and with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS). You have experience in handling external & internal stakeholders and the ability to convey the technological capabilities of GenAI to business stakeholders.

You have experience in senior stakeholder management and act as a thought leader and trusted advisor on digital technology and GenAI innovation at IT Services.

Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills paired with empathy to easily navigate corporate, as well as managerial/business and tech environments.

Ability to run a project with team members and stakeholders dispersed across several continents. Ability to work with maximum autonomy and deliver high-quality results.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C++ is a plus.

Good communication skills with the ability to present, read, and write details to technical and non-technical audiences in English. Knowledge of German would be a plus.
