We are looking for a motivated, proactive Business Controller (f/m/d) to join our Controlling and Business Intelligence team. Drive forward a wide range of reporting and controlling tasks and become part of our strong international team that is sustainably changing the traditional debt collection industry with innovation and passion!

What You Can Do With Us

1. Work with our Head of Controlling & BI and our Finance team on developing our controlling system for the PAIR Finance Group.
2. Own and advance performance and profitability monitoring.
3. Implement and support planning and forecasting tools.
4. Assist other departments with planning and financial controlling, including processes, customer relationships, and answering commercial questions.
5. Develop financial KPIs and deviation analyses to increase cost and revenue transparency.
6. Support management with key figure assessment and identify efficiency improvements.

What You Should Bring

1. A degree in economics or business studies with a focus on accounting/finance, or comparable commercial training.
2. Several years of relevant professional controlling experience.
3. An analytical mindset to assess opportunities, risks, and impacts.
4. A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
5. Strong communication skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in Excel; SQL skills are a plus.
7. Experience with PowerBI or other BI tools.
8. Proactivity and independence.
9. Fluent English; German skills are a plus.
