As a Performance Marketing Manager at Building Radar, you are responsible for customer acquisition and revenue growth through targeted, data-driven advertising campaigns. You lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid marketing initiatives on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to effectively reach decision-makers in the construction industry with our AI-powered platform. With your analytical mindset, creative approach, and hands-on expertise, you scale our marketing efforts, enhance campaign efficiency, and maximize ROI. You continuously test and optimize new strategies to accelerate our growth further.
Performance Marketing – Develop and execute performance marketing strategies on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate high-quality leads and drive customer acquisition.
Creative Optimization – Optimize ad creatives and messaging to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Budget Management – Efficiently manage advertising budgets and optimize for Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall marketing efficiency.
Targeting Strategy – Refine audience targeting using first-party data, industry insights, and intent signals to enhance campaign effectiveness.
A/B Testing & Optimization – Run structured A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audience strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Data Analysis – Analyze performance data, derive actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations for ongoing optimization.
Retargeting Strategies – Implement retargeting strategies to guide leads through the sales funnel and boost engagement rates.
Industry Trends – Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates to keep Building Radar at the forefront of performance marketing.
Organic Marketing Support – Assist with other organic marketing activities within the team when needed.
Your profile
Experience in Performance Marketing – At least 2 years of experience in the strategic and operational management of performance marketing campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Technical Expertise – Experience with conversion tracking (including server-side conversion APIs), attribution, pixel implementation, and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
Creativity & Copywriting – You can craft engaging ad copy and creative messaging that captures attention and drives conversions.
Experience with B2B Marketing – Ideally, you have already managed campaigns for enterprise customers or complex SaaS solutions.
Budget and KPI Management – You have experience in budget allocation, cost control, and optimizing KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
Fluent in German and English – You can confidently implement and optimize marketing campaigns in both languages.
Full-Stack Marketer – Ideally, you also have experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot and Make.com, as well as basic knowledge in other core areas of organic lead generation (SEO, websites, etc.).
