Step into the world of tours and tickets as a Business Development Manager. Acquire and manage partnerships with top attractions and operators, negotiate strategies to enhance coverage and pricing, and lead initiatives to expand market share. If you have strong industry relationships, proven business development expertise, and a passion for the tourism sector, we want to hear from you!
In this Role, you’ll get to
* Acquire new partners and manage or renew contracts with attractions and tour operators.
* Collaborate with the internal Operations team to ensure seamless product onboarding.
* Key account management, foster strong relationships through regular reporting and meetings.
* Maintain competitive advantages in product coverage, pricing, inventory etc.
* Develop and negotiate marketing plans with key partners.
* Identify and implement projects to boost market share growth and enhance brand presence.
* Build and maintain relationships with tourist boards and ticketing systems to improve API connectivity.
* Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and pricing to refine sales strategies.
What you'll Need to Succeed
* Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in German is a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of working experience in OTAs of Tours & Tickets segment. Strong relationships with top tourism attractions, key tours operators and tourism administrative authorities in East Europe.
* Proven record of business development skills, strong strategic thinking capability, and data analysis capability. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
* Adaptable in multicultural and fast-paced environments
* Positive and enthusiastic team player with a strong service consciousness.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
