Role overview

As an Account Executive (Digital Native - Germany) at CAST AI, you will be an entrepreneurial sales professional experienced in selling cloud SaaS solutions within or related to Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Cost Control, Cloud Security, and DevOps tools. As we expand globally, we seek goal-oriented, people-centric Account Executives to capitalize on the market opportunity for CAST AI.

  • Conduct Opportunity Assessments to identify promising leads
  • Engage in Value Discovery to align solutions with client needs
  • Demonstrate the unique value of our offerings effectively
  • Ensure Value Delivery through careful implementation and results tracking

Requirements

  • Based in Germany
  • Proven experience in Opportunity Assessment, Value Discovery, Value Demonstration, and Value Delivery
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive
  • At least 2 years of experience with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC methodologies
  • Ability to identify key contacts, understand client needs, and tailor proposals accordingly
  • Successful negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction
  • Outbound sales obsession
  • Experience with Kubernetes, sales lifecycle, and Cloud space is a significant plus
