We’re currently looking for a Sales Director to join the sales team at Risk Management Partners, a thought leader in the field of climate risk solutions. In this exciting sales role, you will be responsible for driving new business and sales growth. Though the position mainly focuses on direct sales in the DACH region, you will also support our partners by working closely on joint customer opportunities.

Your Job

• Following up on leads generated by the marketing team
• Contacting prospects to better understand their business and risk management needs
• Educating customers on product functionality through conversations, demos and presentations
• Providing live web demonstrations of our solutions to prospects
• Meeting quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline
• Providing accurate forecasts
• Ensuring accurate documentation of activities in the CRM system

Your Profile

• At least 5–10 years of direct sales experience covering the entire sales cycle
• Industry expertise in the financial sector preferred, ideally with a background in climate risk solutions
• Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
• Strong business acumen and curiosity about prospective business
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
