As Senior HR Manager (m / f / d) / Senior People & Culture Manager (m / f / d), you will play a central role across the entire employee lifecycle at Kipu Quantum. Reporting directly to the Lead People & Culture, you will be responsible for shaping and advancing strategic and operational HR topics, including recruiting, reporting, and development measures for our approximately 50 employees. You will actively contribute your expertise, develop solutions with vision, and play a key role in shaping our HR structures' future development.
Your responsibilities
- Employee Attraction & Recruitment: Develop, implement, and design strategies to attract talented specialists, primarily in software development and natural sciences, including active sourcing measures and conducting job interviews.
- KPIs & Reporting: Develop and analyze HR key figures and KPIs, and provide regular reports to support data-driven strategic decisions.
- Team Development: Design and implement training and development programs for employees.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen Kipu's employer brand through targeted communication strategies in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Onboarding & Integration: Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees through structured processes.
- Employee Retention: Implement measures to retain talent long-term and promote a positive corporate culture, including employee surveys and organizing company events.
- HR Administration: Ensure and develop operational HR processes, draft employment contracts and reference letters, and collaborate with external payroll providers.
Your profile
- Completed studies in HR management, business administration, psychology, physics, IT, or comparable qualifications.
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a startup or technology-driven agile environment.
- Experience in recruiting and active sourcing in natural sciences and software development or related fields.
- Structured, analytical working style, with experience in HR KPIs, reporting, and labor law topics.
- Experience in developing and implementing employer branding and employee development initiatives.
- Proficiency in Personio, Jira/Confluence, MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- High initiative, responsibility, strong communication skills, and good interpersonal sensitivity.

- Excellent command of English and German.
