ManTech seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Supply Supervisor to join our team in Ramstein, Germany.

The selected candidate will provide logistics support to customers globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. This position will assist in ensuring the operational readiness of pre-positioned War Reserve Materiel (WRM), focusing on preventive maintenance, serviceability, and availability of critical medical materiel established by the Air Force, enabling rapid response during contingency operations.

*Important Note*: Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their Visa. Once an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract. If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Perform preventive maintenance on WRM assemblages to ensure operational readiness per AFMAN 41-209 standards, conduct regular serviceability inspections, identify and resolve discrepancies, and manage the shelf-life extension programs (SLEP).
  2. Utilize Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) to monitor and update WRM inventory records, ensuring accurate tracking, and prepare and palletize WRM for deployment, adhering to handling and storage guidelines.
  3. Maintain secure storage environments for WRM, implement access controls, and conduct periodic inventories, documenting condition and availability for reporting.
  4. Brief customers on WRM maintenance status, highlight readiness and limiting factors, train logistics personnel, and support rapid outload and reconstitution of WRM post-deployment.
  5. Oversee the efforts of less senior logistics staff, providing guidance to senior logistician staff, formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan resource use.
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned, providing logistics support to critical WRM.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of qualified logistics experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field, OR 12+ years of experience with an associate degree, OR 14+ years of experience.
  • 3+ years focused on maintaining contingency or reserve materiel readiness.
  • Knowledge of DMLSS, AFMAN 41-209, and inventory management.
  • Experience with receipt, accountability, inventory, and requisition of equipment and spare parts.
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening, meet physical requirements, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid German or European Work VISA.
  • Knowledge of Federal shipping and logistics regulations.
  • Experience with U.S. Air Force Medical Materiel logistics roles or similar.
  • Familiarity with ASMS for WRM status monitoring.
  • Experience ensuring materiel readiness in contingency operations.
Clearance Requirements

Must be a US citizen with a current/active Secret clearance.
