Join our Anti-Financial Crime Customer Experts team to prevent fraud, protect data and safeguard the customers of a leading Mobile Bank.

TP in Greece collaborates with the leading Mobile Bank, helping you manage your bank account on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline of the bank to the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience. Your role also involves preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Support customers via phone, chat & email
  • Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
  • Represent our client professionally
  • Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and show empathy
  • Work towards set targets
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Computer literacy; experience with CRM tools preferred
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability
  • EU citizenship, EU passport, or valid work permit for Greece
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, or local candidate
