As an Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will lead the creation and scaling of new business units from the ground up. In this highly strategic and operational role, you’ll work directly with the CEO and COO to drive business growth by launching the new venture, optimizing operations, and delivering sustainable results.

What you’ll be doing:

1. End-to-End Business Unit Creation: Take full ownership of launching a new business unit—overseeing operational setup, legal coordination, financial planning, and team development, ensuring each unit goes live on time and on budget.
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth: Focus on maximizing revenue by increasing capacity, optimizing operational processes, and driving customer acquisition strategies to meet growth targets.
3. Multi-Stakeholder & Project Management: Lead cross-functional coordination between internal teams and external partners—managing relationships with contractors, legal advisors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business unit rollouts.
4. Performance Tracking & Iteration: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate performance against objectives, and refine strategies based on data to improve operations and outcomes.
5. Team Building & Leadership: Help establish the future team, define organizational structures, develop talent pipelines, and recruit key members.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Experience: 2-3 years in top-tier consulting, with startup exposure being a strong advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Conceptional Skills: Ability to understand, map, and improve processes.
• Decision-Making: Ability to make fast, independent decisions based on data.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to execution.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
