We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position of the "Supply Officer" (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders (supply chain quality, contract managers, engineering, supply management production interfaces, logistic coordinators, program representatives, warehouse operators)
• Forecasting activities
• Placing and following up on purchase orders
• Supporting New Parts Introduction with Multi-Functional Team and operational actions
• Managing and monitoring rework Purchase Orders with suppliers and strategic buffers to maintain the right level of coverage for Airbus production plants
• Problem-solving on recurrent issues
• Attending performance review meetings and dedicated meetings with suppliers
• Participating in internal team meetings
• Reporting activities and data analysis
• Inventory management activities and contributing to improvement projects

Your profile:

• Completed technician/business administrator qualification in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain, or a comparable field
• More than two years of professional experience in purchasing, supplier management, and supply chain/logistics
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP; knowledge of SAP PGI/PDA is required
• Advanced German language skills; fluent in English
• Willingness to travel for business (up to 3-5 times a year)
