• You develop concepts, strategies, and implementation plans along the entire value chain, focusing on manufacturing sectors such as automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics, high-tech, and medical technology for both national and international clients.
• You support the digital transformation by identifying strategic options and preparing analyses regarding strategic fit and optimization potentials.
• Depending on your experience, you may undertake (partial) project management tasks.
• You assist in the acquisition, development, and expansion of the business unit.

Bring your experience.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a recognized management consultancy, including experience within the manufacturing sector and initial project management responsibilities.
• You possess extensive project experience in areas such as supply chain management, digitalization, performance management, or organizational design.
• You have a high affinity for digital topics and technologies.
• You are a team player with a strong customer orientation, working in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• You demonstrate excellent analytical and conceptual skills, creativity, and strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• You hold an advanced degree (Master, PhD, MBA), preferably in business administration, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering with a focus on supply chain management.
• You are willing to travel for customer assignments.
