What you can look forward to as a Business Partner (m/f/d) Compliance and Data Privacy:

• Implement and manage the Compliance and Data Privacy Management System within our Compliance and Data Privacy team
• Advise business functions on concrete Compliance and Data Privacy issues
• Lead and manage projects on Compliance and Data Privacy as well as risk mitigation
• Educate target-specific groups on Compliance and Data Privacy matters
• Perform data privacy impact assessments and maintain records of processing activities
• Assess personal data breaches and data subject requests, and be involved in the respective response activities
• Perform internal investigations and provide prevention management
• Implement further development of Compliance and Data Privacy within the Chassis System & Modules Business Group

Your Profile as Business Partner (m/f/d) Compliance and Data Privacy:

• Degree in law, business, IT, or a related field with several years of professional Compliance and Data Privacy experience in an international environment
• Understanding of the international Data Privacy regulatory environment, in particular the EU GDPR
• Ability to evaluate and balance risks with business needs and processes
• Understanding of data-driven businesses
• Ability to understand market and business needs while safeguarding privacy compliance
• Confident in negotiations and strong communication skills in English, with good German skills
• Ability to work and travel internationally
