Enterprise Account Executive - Mexico, Germany Home Office

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in our expansion in the South American market from Mexico, representing our mission to democratize coaching for everyone.

Position Details:

  • Location: Remote within Mexico
  • EU Work Permit Required: Yes

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage your territory and drive interest and adoption in our product, closing pilots and multi-year deals worth €100k+.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client engagement.
  • Execute sales activities including calls, demos, negotiations, and presentations.
  • Support existing clients with exemplary customer service.
  • Attend industry events to expand your network.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunities accurately.
  • Meet revenue targets.

Your Profile:

  • 7+ years in sales, with 3-5 years in enterprise sales managing complex deals over €100k.
  • Experience selling SaaS platforms and within HR Tech is a plus.
  • Strategic, curious, creative, and a proven performer.
  • Independent prospecting and pipeline development skills.
  • Motivated, articulate, diplomatic, with excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change and collaborative team player.
  • Willing to travel within Mexico and LATAM (up to 20%).
  • Based in Mexico or Germany, fluent in Spanish and professional in English.
