We are looking for talents with great German & English skills to join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens.

What you will do:

1. Review and categorize social media content according to guidelines.
2. Ensure uploaded information complies with client policies.
3. Make balanced decisions to support the online community.
4. Maintain high-quality, safe experiences for users and businesses.
5. Apply content policies consistently and execute handling procedures.
6. Assist customers via chat, email, or phone (depending on the project).
7. Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
8. Follow company and client guidelines.

What we expect from you:

1. Excellent verbal and written skills in German.
2. Very good knowledge of English.
3. Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency with Windows OS, internet applications, and MS Office.
5. Teamwork skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
6. Attention to detail and ability to differentiate content from personal beliefs.
7. Positive, proactive attitude and interest in continuous improvement.
8. Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media, or Customer Support is a plus.
