IT Organizer / System Analyst (ERP) (m/f/d)

In this role, you will observe and analyze workflows and processes in areas such as purchasing, logistics, production, and sales, working closely with colleagues on site in Bremerhaven. You will implement insights directly in the ERP system or collaborate with service providers on projects to optimize support for the departments' daily operations. Regular presence on-site in Bremerhaven is expected due to close contact with colleagues.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting and optimizing ERP operations to ensure smooth processes
2. Planning, organizing, and implementing innovative IT projects to enhance success and efficiency
3. Being the central contact for process adjustments and IT optimizations across processes
4. Configuring, installing, and integrating production systems and scales within the ERP environment
5. Supporting, configuring, and managing scanner and handheld hardware and software in logistics
6. Performing essential IT maintenance and administrative tasks within the ERP system
7. Creating and updating documentation and operating manuals for clarity and usability
8. Conducting training sessions to familiarize users with systems and processes

Required Knowledge and Qualifications:

1. Completed studies in economics, engineering, computer science, or comparable technical training as an IT specialist (m/f/d)
2. Several years of professional experience in a similar role
3. Strong knowledge of (Oracle) databases and SQL
4. Practical experience with ERP systems
5. Ideally, experience in the food industry
6. Fluency in German and good command of English
7. Excellent self-organization and a results-oriented approach
8. High flexibility and pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
9. Enthusiasm and creativity in engaging with people, processes, and systems
