You will provide hands-on Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring advice to clients, helping them address their complex business challenges to drive significant performance improvement and organizational change.

Key tasks:
- Analysis: Conduct and execute root cause analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
- You will draw up or analyze BS/P&L/CF
- You will learn to develop an integrated financial planning and short-term cash flow forecasts
- Margin analysis or product costing will help you to identify starting points for improvements
- You will use basic tools of Process Analysis and Process Reengineering
- You will gain experience in developing in IDW S6 / IBR, IDW S 11 and will acquire basic knowledge in German insolvency law
- Concept Development: Based on your analysis, you will effectively communicate complex issues and develop actionable solutions to improve the client's organization (strategic, operational, financial)
- You will be able to define measurable measures, both operational and financial
- You will perform market and competitor landscape analysis, business modeling, and strategic advice
- Hands-on consulting: Your team will be the point of contact for the client's senior management on the most pressing issues
- C-level presentation and communication
- Hands-on approach and empathetic interaction with client’s staff

Your Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, Industrial Engineering or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- At least 1+ years of proven consulting experience (restructuring, performance improvement, value creation, private equity or related areas)
- Functional expertise in either operations (production, procurement, sales) and/or finance (business planning, cash flow forecasting, controlling)
- Industry experience in logistics, automotive, manufacturing, e-commerce, construction or industrial services preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on approach to project execution.
