Position: Client Manager (m/f/d) Business Development at Hamburg or Berlin

Role overview: As a sales professional in a technical environment with a clear focus on acquiring new customers, you will find excellent prospects!

Your future tasks include:

  • Identifying and building new sales channels and expanding existing ones
  • Building and maintaining a continuous and sustainable sales pipeline
  • Collaborating closely with various internal and external interfaces
  • Utilizing our technical innovations to uncover profitable business opportunities and help clients improve their operations
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction

Your profile:

  • Having gained initial experience in the IT industry through your (university) education, with knowledge in customer acquisition, strategic customer support, and business development
  • Hungry for new customer acquisition
  • Experience in managing proposal situations and client engagements
  • Knowledge in technology fields such as Networking, Security, Managed Services, Digital Workspace, or Data Centers, combined with business metrics and calculations
  • Good German language skills are a must, and good English skills are also required
