The Assistant Manager role is multifaceted, combining business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They are responsible for driving sales results through business analysis and delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and enhancing efficiency across all processes. They leverage creative skills in floorset updates, styling, and product knowledge. Assistant managers also lead talent initiatives such as recruiting, training, engagement, and development. They are expected to foster an inclusive environment for both team and customers.
