Purpose of the role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and apply the appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with Dutch companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with a wide variety of advertisers and deliver the optimal digital advertising solutions for each customer.

This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets and be part of a larger sales team increasing the Client customer base across EMEA. You will join the largest team creating unique customer experiences while actively impacting the German online marketing environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement creative strategies to enhance our client companies and agency relationships by tailoring and sharing performance-enhancing suggestions, and upselling or promoting other Google products.
  2. Provide strategic advice to help businesses and agencies achieve the best ROI on their advertising investments by working closely with them in a consultative manner.
  3. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experiences.
  4. Communicate proactively with customers via phone, video conference, and email.
Requirements
  1. BA / BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience.
  2. C2 level of German.
  3. Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  4. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  5. 0-1 years of experience in sales.
  6. Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  7. Strong team player with leadership and high communication skills.
  8. Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  9. Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and develop.

This is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a permanent contract.

Salary: Starting from €30,000 gross per year + up to €3,500 gross per year in bonuses, with possibilities to overachieve.

This is a hybrid working model in Barcelona.
