A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies. We lead with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovating ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Join our community of experts committed to quality and affordable care worldwide. This position is based in Germany as a remote role, with travel of 80-100% across Germany and Western Europe, offering valuable international experience and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Planning training programs with the Sales Manager and teams
• Providing technical support for CAS products and procedures
• Supporting sales and marketing during product presentations
• Reporting market trends, account information, and feedback
• Managing customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
• Completing administrative duties and activity reports

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality focus

Experience in the medical device industry or hospital environment is highly valued.
