How you will create an impact:

  • Support partner recruiting processes in collaboration with local HR, Legal, and the Board
  • Assist with onboarding new partners and ensure proper documentation
  • Manage partner separations and offboarding processes with compliance and discretion
  • Coordinate salary rounds, bonuses, and payroll communication with relevant teams
  • Handle requests for parental leave, sabbaticals, and part-time work in collaboration with local HR
  • Support shareholder processes and contribute to process improvements
  • Manage ad-hoc Board requests and support policy and process updates
  • Assist in performance management and learning & development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance
  • Prepare HR reports and insights for leadership

About you:

  • Minimum six years of HRBP or HR operations experience in an international setting, working with senior stakeholders
  • Extensive experience across the full employee lifecycle
  • Experience in professional services with a global matrix organization is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (SAP HCM or similar) and digital tools (e.g., MS 365); advanced Excel skills
  • Confident working with senior executives, providing high-touch HR support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
  • Adaptable and agile in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus
