Your Responsibilities:

As a Account Executive / Business Development Manager at onGRID, you will be an integral part of our team, working on a diverse range of exciting tasks that directly contribute to the growth and success of our platform and company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales: Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to booking calls, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Customer Success: Provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  • CRM Management: Use our CRM tool, HubSpot, to organise and maintain a robust database of contacts and interactions.
  • Market Insights & Analysis: Conduct research to gather insights and identify opportunities for enhancing our competitive edge.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in the fast-paced world of motorsports and technology, strengthen your business development and sales expertise, and be part of a passionate, knowledgeable team. No two days will be the same—you'll be contributing directly to our mission of transforming motorsports administration and engagement.

Your Profile:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to make cold calls.
  • Structured, organised, and analytical approach to work.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and proactive attitude.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English.
  • Ideally based in Berlin (remote work within Germany is possible, with occasional office meetings).
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Good to Have:

  • Proficiency in additional languages (especially Spanish, Italian, or French).
  • Experience in the Motorsports or Automotive Industry.
  • Passion for Motorsports.
