Job Description:

Spreetail is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily activities, ensuring safety, quality, performance, and a positive team member experience in Fulfillment Center Operations in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead daily operations, focusing on safety, quality, performance, and team experience within FC and other operational areas supporting Spreetail.
2. Define departmental requirements and expectations, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and open communication; proactively address obstacles to meet deadlines.
3. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, document incidents promptly, and collaborate with HR, Facilities, Safety, and IT to support projects and initiatives.
4. Perform flexible duties, including shift rotations, extended hours, and holiday work, arriving early and staying late for handovers and reports.
5. Mentor and develop team members to optimize performance, foster growth, and build organizational depth.

Preferred Experiences:

1. Strong commitment to quality and high standards with attention to detail.
2. Experience in a fulfillment center environment, capable of walking/standing for long periods, lifting up to 30kg, and operating mechanical equipment.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to adapt to change, handle ambiguity, and exercise good judgment under stress.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and other operating systems.
