Global Investment Banking – M&A Associate (Industrials & Consumer), Frankfurt, Frankfurt

This position is within the division of Global Investment Banking, located in Frankfurt, Germany. The role reports to the Head of European Investment Banking and the Head of DACH Investment Banking.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Providing quantitative, qualitative, and analytical support for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial advisory services across various industries.
2. Preparing company valuations, financial models, and client presentations.
3. Conducting due diligence, project management, document processing, and financial/statistical analysis.
4. Depending on experience, associates may range from No.2 to No.4 on advisory teams.
5. Assigning departmental responsibilities, including business development activities.

• Thorough understanding of accounting practices and ability to perform detailed financial analysis.
