Responsibilities
- Leverage your expertise, knowledge, and passion for sales and account management to contribute to the company’s long-term goals.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within existing accounts, consistently overachieving revenue targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling, maximizing customer value.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, overseeing the entire process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers, leading to expansion revenue goals.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, showcasing a proactive, self-starter approach to identifying new business opportunities and innovative strategies for existing account growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within our client organizations, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to forecast revenue and make informed decisions.

Profile
- University degree in business, economics, informatics, or a comparable field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a B2B, SaaS closing or account management role.
- A compelling track record as an Account Executive, Customer Success, Account Manager, or similar.
- Excellent skills in engaging with business leaders and client-side functional managers involved in decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm, along with a confident and poised demeanor.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Team player willing to learn from others and share experiences.
- Proficiency in German at native speaker level and very good English skills.
