Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, overseeing the entire process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers, leading to expansion revenue goals.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, showcasing a proactive, self-starter approach to identifying new business opportunities and innovative strategies for existing account growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within our client organizations, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to forecast revenue and make informed decisions.

Profile
  • University degree in business, economics, informatics, or a comparable field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a B2B, SaaS closing or account management role.
  • A compelling track record as an Account Executive, Customer Success, Account Manager, or similar.
  • Excellent skills in engaging with business leaders and client-side functional managers involved in decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm, along with a confident and poised demeanor.
