Unity Technologies is looking for a driven resultsoriented and adaptable Senior Account Executive to join our EMEA team.

At Unity youll make a difference and help transform an entire marketplace. In a collaborative fastgrowing environment were modernizing development solving hard problems and enabling the success of our industry community.

As a Senior Account Executive selling our full range of products to industry customers you will interact with a large number of Europes prestigious MidMarket companies who are working on bringing augmented reality virtual reality digital twin Web 3.0 Metaverse and Industry 4.0 applications to market. This individual will have the opportunity to work with a range of medium and enterprisesized businesses across multiple industry verticals to introduce Unity and sell our tools and services enabling them to bring their incredible ideas to life!

We want you to join us and help Unity drive net new revenue develop Unity adoption within your focus accounts and overall account base exceed quarterly sales quotas and help to build an outbound sales engine to penetrate and expand our footprint within this key market segment in EMEA!

What youll be doing

  • Define and develop new and existing focus accounts to expand adoption of Unitys products and services.
  • Qualify netnew MidMarket accounts and opportunities building a pipeline of ideal Unity customer profiles.
  • Consistently deliver net new revenue exceeding quotas by providing value to customers and potential customers with Unity licenses and services.
  • Drive high adoption and renewal rates across the complete account portfolio.
  • Adopt a proven sales technique and process that contributes to exceeding sales quotas.
  • Drive outbound sales results to successfully sell Unitys engine and services.
  • Become a specialist in the Unity product ecosystem and be able to present it to users of varying abilities and roles (artists developers etc..
  • Be passionate about value and solutionselling methodologies especially during discovery and qualification to identify ideal customer profiles.
  • Partner with colleagues to drive Unitys mission of leading the world in realtime 3D creation

What were looking for

  • Extensive experience in a direct quotacarrying sales role.
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales consistently overachieving quotas.
  • Expertise in strategic partnerships contract negotiation deal closing and fostering ongoing customer engagement.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling software and solutions presentations.
  • Confidence tailoring conversations dynamically to meet the specific needs of potential customers at all organizational levels.
  • Detailoriented with a strong focus on tracking partner engagement and activities accurately.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic highgrowth environment.
  • A robust network of IT decisionmakers.

You might also have

  • Familiarity with realtime 3D software engineering software sales or middleware sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Passion for the industries relevant to this role
