About the job

We are looking for an entry level Assistant Accountant for our office in Hamburg, who is passionate about accounting, creditor management, and coordination - and who wants to gain more experience in these areas. As an Assistant Accountant, you will support our financial operations, helping to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all accounting tasks. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

  1. Data entry and maintenance in Excel spreadsheets
  2. Invoice creation and monitoring
  3. Basic bookkeeping and assistance with financial administration
  4. Recording and verifying incoming payments
About you

We expect that you have basic knowledge in economics and accounting (e.g., understanding invoice requirements) or relevant experience in a similar role.
