Join our Anti-Financial Crime Customer Experts team to prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard the customers of a leading Mobile Bank.

TP in Greece collaborates with a leading Mobile Bank, helping manage bank accounts on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline for the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience, and also playing a role in fraud prevention, data protection, and customer safeguarding.

What you will do:

1. Support customers via phone, chat, and email.
2. Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers.
3. Represent our client positively.
4. Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution.

What you will bring:

1. Fluency in German.
2. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
3. Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Computer literacy; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
5. Ability to handle stressful situations with customers.
6. Customer service or customer-facing experience preferred.
7. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability.
8. EU citizenship, EU passport, or valid work permit for Greece.
9. Willingness to relocate or be a local candidate in Greece.
