What you will do:

• Be the primary point of contact for customer and client requests

• Respond to customer inquiries about our client’s new and existing services and solutions, as well as complaints - always professionally
• Resolve issues promptly and efficiently

What you will bring:

• Fluency in German
• Very good command of English – both written and spoken
• Work experience in customer support is a plus
