This role involves leading the design, build, and deployment of a new Life Science ERP process & system template. It requires close collaboration with senior business and IT leadership to ensure process design aligns with business needs and delivers value. The person in this role will lead a team focused on continuous improvement and innovation within the ERP framework, making key decisions to enhance the development of our ERP template for a complex business area. Engagement with senior leadership is essential to secure support for initiatives and process changes. The role demands deep expertise in change management and aligning organizational changes with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Accountable for the strategic design, deployment, and enhancement of ERP-related supply chain planning solutions.
• Coordinate with other teams in a matrix organization to ensure operational coherence across global platforms.
• Drive initiatives that align supply chain planning with global strategic objectives.
• Engage with senior leadership to communicate and secure buy-in for major process changes and initiatives.

Who You Are:

A senior leader experienced with complex business processes, particularly in supply chain planning strategy, inventory management, and global logistics within the Life Sciences industry. You should have experience evaluating operational risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of managerial experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) with 10+ years in leadership roles across multiple business units or functions.
• Proficiency in analyzing and simplifying complex supply chain processes.
