You will be responsible for environment management and operation of the Objectway Banking System (OBS) and its interfaces. Your duties include analyzing and classifying technical inquiries and error messages from customers and service providers, maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with SLAs, internal and customer guidelines, and legal requirements. Your contribution will be vital to the team's success and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
