Jobbeschreibung

As an Account Executive at nuvo, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, managing the full sales cycle, analyzing market trends, and devising strategies to secure new business and expand our market reach.

This role offers enormous growth potential— connecting with product departments of the fastest-growing SaaS companies worldwide and enabling them to accept customer data easily. You'll collaborate closely with our Solutions Architect to create a seamless customer journey while expanding your technical knowledge of our product offerings.

You will work with incredible clients, interested in moving fast, alongside amazing colleagues driven by excitement, while having a clear career path to learn, grow, and progress over the years.

Your responsibilities will be distributed across the following areas:

  1. 50% Closing: Manage the full sales cycle for small- and medium-sized accounts: qualify leads, run product demos, create proposals, and close new customers. Create performance reports with key KPIs and communicate them across the Growth Team. Develop commercial proposals and lead negotiations with clients.
  2. 30% Networking and Expertise Building: Expand your business network within C-Level, Product, and Tech circles. Identify potential prospects and initiate contact.
  3. 20% Sales Strategy: Develop new strategies for lead generation, increasing conversion, customer loyalty, and product optimization in collaboration with our Marketing Team and Head of Growth. Shape the user journey with our Solutions Architect and analyze existing deals to strategize for increased deal sizes.

What success looks like in this role:

  • 3 months: You are an expert on our product, successfully guiding users through demos, closing your first client, and familiarized with our CRM.
  • 6 months: You own the full sales cycle, from sourcing leads to converting prospects and establishing your customer base.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B SaaS Sales, preferably in an early-stage startup.
  • Experience with full-cycle sales, winning small and medium-sized clients.
  • A team player with a balance between people and task focus. Strong communication skills in English. Fluency in German is a plus.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments, with resilience and adaptability.
  • Relentless drive and a hands-on entrepreneurial mentality.

  • Based in Hamburg or Berlin, or willing to relocate; remote within Germany is possible.
