Responsibilities

  • Establish and expand business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone, e-mail, and chat.
  • Identify cross- and up-selling potentials and promote the entire TeamViewer product platform.
  • Prepare and track bids to meet monthly goals.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support to ensure high service satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, linguistics, or relevant field; equivalent commercial experience accepted.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; additional languages like Spanish are a plus.
  • Experience in sales, including up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Ideally, experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in an international team.
