About The Role

As we continue our transformation journey, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) - 18 months fixed term contract to strengthen our Global Talent Acquisition team and help us attract top talent in the renewable energy industry.

What You Will Do

1. Take ownership of the entire recruitment process across the EMEA region, from sourcing and engaging top talent to facilitating a seamless hiring experience.
2. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to align on role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
3. Publish job ads across multiple channels to ensure strong visibility and employer branding.
4. Proactively source and approach top candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking; create talent pools for critical roles.
5. Manage the selection process, including screening applications, conducting first-round interviews, and coordinating further steps.
6. Represent BayWa r.e. at job fairs and industry events, such as Intersolar, to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand.
7. Contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition projects, helping to optimize our recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

1. Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a fast-growing international environment.
2. Experience with active sourcing, using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify and attract top talent.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate fit and make data-driven hiring decisions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. A collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and adaptability are key.
6. A global outlook and cultural awareness, with an understanding of recruitment trends across different markets.
7. A proactive, hands-on approach, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
8. Passion for sustainability and renewable energy, aligning with BayWa r.e.’s mission to drive the energy transition.
9. Fluency in English and German language (other languages are a plus).
