IT Project Manager

We are Aiways, driving the evolution of the automotive industry.

For our European head office in Munich, we are looking for a Product Support Engineer (f/m/x), who will be a part of the Product Support Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project management of various infrastructural, cross-platform, and SaaS rollouts.
• Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Ensure the accomplishment of project goals within the set framework (time, budget, quality).
• Control and coordinate the project team.
• Establish and implement project communication plans, provide status updates to affected staff and stakeholders, and offer various technical solutions.
• Serve as a contact point for business and involved technical internal and external parties.
• Elicit and develop business requirements and collaborate with the technical team on them.
• Contribute to internal organizational processes, building knowledge, quality assurance, and support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Informatics, Information Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant disciplines.
• Several years of experience in project management.
• Solid technical background with knowledge and/or hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system architecture, software development, and web technologies.
• Experience in coordinating project processes according to common PM standards.
• Experience in eliciting and developing requirements.
• Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and industry.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, assertiveness, proactivity, and curiosity.
