Meet Your Team: Programmatic Business Team – adjoe Ads

Leveraging expertise in driving quality user acquisition and monetization, we are building a comprehensive mobile programmatic platform via adjoe Ads in-app bidding solution.

In 2024, global programmatic ad spend reached $595 billion, projected to approach $800 billion by 2028. Our team aims to capture a significant share of this market, improving performance and helping clients optimize their revenue streams.

You will focus on expanding adjoe Ads’ bidding SDK adoption among publishers—transforming their monetization strategies with steady eCPMs and high-quality ads from premium demand.

What You Will Do:
  • Build new gaming publisher partnerships for adjoe’s programmatic solution.
  • Create sales strategies and set quarterly and annual targets for onboarding and retaining publishers.
  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Implement and utilize CRM tools to track and report on progress.
  • Review and achieve quarterly targets, overseeing the sales bonus process.
  • Develop a team of top-tier supply partnership managers, establishing scalable structures and processes.
  • Motivate and lead your team to exceed targets, providing feedback, career development, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market materials for adjoe Ads.
  • Provide feedback from publishers to inform product strategy.
  • Represent adjoe Ads at industry events and conferences.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director of adjoe Ads.
Who You Are:
  • 6+ years of experience selling technology solutions to publishers, preferably in mobile ad tech/SDK sales.
  • Experienced people leader with a track record of building and motivating teams.
  • Proficient in managing sales pipelines with CRM software.
  • Excellent networker with strong communication skills.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue.
  • Leadership by example, capable of teaching sales strategies.
  • Innovative thinker, adaptable, and open to new approaches.
  • Skilled in developing holistic sales strategies across the buyer’s journey.
  • Proficient public speaker with industry presence.
  • Strong network in mobile adtech and gaming industries.
  • Deep understanding of mobile adtech and app economies.
