Your role

Sunday Natural, the German market leader in natural health supplements, partners with over 6,000 therapists and doctors who use and help develop our products. We're now expanding to Italy and seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Manager to build our network of Italian health professionals. You'll play a key role in introducing our high-quality supplements to the Italian market, working closely with our German and Italian teams and improving our strategy.
Take the opportunity to actively guide our partners through the sales cycle to build meaningful relationships within our existing partner community. We look forward to welcoming you and your expertise to our team.

  1. Build a network of health professionals, starting with the most influential people.
  2. Actively acquire new partners and maintain existing relationships.
  3. Present and sell our high-quality nutritional supplements.
  4. Carry out product demonstrations and training at customer sites.
  5. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  6. Participate in trade fairs and industry events for networking purposes.
  7. Organise and run own networking events.
  8. Prepare regular reports and analyses of sales performance.
  9. Support the creation of health content with our partners; for example in our podcast, seminars, and our academy.
  10. Provide market insights to our marketing and product development teams.

Your profile

  1. Several years of professional experience as a non-medical practitioner or a comparable qualification within the healthcare sector - you need to be able to speak to health professionals at eye-level.
  2. Proven track record in outbound sales.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with health professionals at all levels.
  4. Strong customer service and negotiation skills - being able to fully get across why our products are different.
  5. Talent for building deep long-term customer relationships.
  6. Ability to systematically plan your actions and independently execute your plan.
  7. Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility who confidently owns the Italian-speaking region.
  8. Most importantly: A huge passion for natural health/healing.
  9. You speak Italian at a C1 level or above and are able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
