Jobbeschreibung

You will conceptualize and coordinate the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency through product and process improvements.

You will translate deep operational understanding into actionable avenues for improvements by our data and data science teams.

You will oversee testing and optimization of our logistics tech stack to drive operational impacts.

You will empower senior decision-makers with reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis.

You will model and analyze past and future business outcomes and develop projections for long-term planning.

You will collaborate closely with our HQ product, engineering, data, and business teams, as well as local teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Finance, or a similar area.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a quantitative field—consulting, operations (experience in an instant-delivery environment is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of statistical testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working with R, Python, and common data libraries.
• Experience with Python for unstructured data and machine learning techniques is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
