The "Digital & Employee Communications" department adopts an integrated, topic-oriented approach. It handles internal communications with and about employees, as well as external communications through events, global social media channels, and digital platforms.

Your tasks as Senior Performance Communications Expert

We are seeking a communications expert with deep expertise in performance marketing, capable of translating this knowledge into a corporate communications context.

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with corporate goals, ensuring impactful messaging across channels.
2. Campaign Management: Design, execute, and monitor integrated communication campaigns using paid and organic social media, along with other distribution strategies.
3. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign metrics and audience insights to optimize strategies and maximize communication impact through data-driven decisions.
4. Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging, audience-focused messaging that supports corporate objectives.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure message consistency and strategic alignment. Maintain continuous communication with social media account managers and agencies.
6. Platform Management: Manage DHL’s global social media business and ad accounts.
7. Market Research: Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices in social media and performance marketing, adapting strategies accordingly.
